Shallow water exercise for all skill levels to increase strength and cardiovascular endurance. We use the water’s resistance properties to strengthen, tone, and stretch in a fun, supportive environment. Aqua shoes and drinking water are encouraged, swimwear is required.
Monday through Friday at 8:00 and 9:00 am, Monday and Wednesday evenings at 5:30 pm and Saturdays at 8:00 am
All Aquaerobics classes can be adapted to any skill level.
