Core strengthening, cardio, and range-of-motion exercises will be stressed to help you reach your fitness goals with low to zero impact, regardless of your age, size, or fitness level. No swimming skills are needed, but comfort in deep water is a must. Floatation belts, aqua buoys, and rings are provided. Wear proper swimwear and bring water to drink (sweating happens, and hydration matters!).
Scheduled Daily Monday through Friday at 8:00 and 9:00 am and on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 5:30 pm
