Family Literacy

Navigating family life can be challenging! We are here to help.

YWCA Family Literacy aims to provide you with engaging educational opportunities that you and your children can connect to real-life situations. We want your family to thrive! Through generous funding through the Illinois Secretary of State and other donors, we will provide your family with tools and resources you need to be a family of lifelong learners.

While this program is for those who still need to learn or improve reading skills and acquire a diploma, it is also for ANYONE who could use refreshers on grammar, writing, math, and learning English! Many adults become less and less familiar with what they learned way back in grade school.
