Classes Offered

Silver Sneakers

A 45-minute low-impact workout involving a resistance band, weights of your choice, and a small ball. All exercises can be done standing or seated. This class runs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:15 am to 10:00 am.

 

Chair Yoga

A light, 45-minute chair-based yoga program that is either done fully or mostly seated, it involves using weights of your choice or the weights as well as a cloth band, and a yoga block. This class runs Tuesdays from 10:15 am to 11:00 am and Thursdays from 9:15 am to 10:00 am.

 

BOOM Mind

A perfect mix of yoga, pilates, and athletic stretching to help improve posture and flexibility. This class is mostly standing, but doesn’t use much equipment, and breaks when needed are highly encouraged. This class runs on Thursdays from 10:30 am to 11:15 am.

 

BOOM Move

A 45-minute dance-based cardio workout, this class is a fun and upbeat mix of exercise and dancing, and is mostly standing, although seated breaks when needed are encouraged. This class runs on Mondays from 10:15 am to 11:00 am.

 

BOOM Muscle

A higher intensity class that involves muscle conditioning and bursts of cardio endurance. This class utilizes weights of your choice and encourages personal breaks as well as group breaks to prepare for the next activity. This class runs on Wednesdays from 1:00 pm to 1:45 pm.

 

Beginner Circuit Training

A higher-intensity training workout that focuses on different groups of muscles in each class. This class focuses on building muscle, strength, and endurance by combining many different exercises in a circuit rotation. (PLEASE CHECK CURRENT SCHEDULE FOR CLASS TIMES AS THEY HAVE MOVED AROUND)
